Michael R. Cousineau, Ph.D., is an expert on health care policy and reform for the underserved and uninsured. He is associate professor of preventive medicine at the Keck School of Medicine, and also serves as a consultant to the Los Angeles Department of Health Services in the area of ambulatory care planning and evaluation, and public health.

David A. Goldstein, M.D., is an expert on health care reform and medical ethics, including patients’ rights and end-of-life treatment decisions. He is associate professor of medicine and chief of the Division of Geriatric, Hospital and General Internal Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine, as well as co-director of the Pacific Center for Health Policy and Ethics.

Martin Pera, Ph.D., has provided extensive advice to state, national and international regulatory authorities on the scientific background to human embryonic stem cell research.
